All conference participants (presenters, moderators, panelists, etc.) must register at the appropriate registration rate. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. AWRA membership is not required to present at the conference. Government Purchase Order (PO) - PO must accompany registration in order to be processed; ALL POs must be received BY 07/13/2020. Incomplete POs or registrations will be returned.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. We will be glad to transfer to someone else by July 13, 2020. Those cancellations received by July 13, 2020 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after July 13, 2020 - No exceptions! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
