2019 Annual Water Resources Conference
AWRA looks forward to seeing you in Salt Lake City, UT for Community, Conversations, and Connections! Full registration rates include all sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; access to exhibits; refreshment breaks; networking reception and conference lunch. One Day registration rate includes the above (reception or lunch) for the registered day only.
Full Registration Rates (Member / Non-Member)
Super Saver by September 3: $595 / $745
Early Bird from September 4 - October 15: $695 / $845
October 16 - on-site: $795 / $945
Student Full Registration Rates (Member / Non-Member)
Super Saver by September 3: $250 / $300
Early Bird from September 4 - October 15: $300 / $350
October 16 - on-site: $350 / $400
Please note: A copy of your student ID and a letter from your institution or professor confirming FULL TIME status should be emailed to [email protected] when you register. Post docs do not qualify. There will be an extensive student program included with your registration!
One Day Registration Rates (Member / Non-Member)
Super Saver by September 3: $300 / $450
Early Bird from September 4 to October 15: $350 / $500
October 16 to on-site: $400 / $550
All conference participants (presenters, moderators, panelists, etc.) must register at the appropriate registration rate. The registration fees are the major source of funding for the Conference. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants and presenters are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA does not provide funds for travel support). AWRA membership is not required to present at the conference. Please note: Gateway Membership does not include conference registration discounts.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not allowed for Super Saver fees. We can transfer your registration to someone else by October 15, 2019. Those cancellations received after October 15, 2019 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given for requests received after October 15, 2019. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
