2021 Virtual Joint AWRA & National Capital Water Symposium

AWRA looks forward to its first 2021 Virtual Joint AWRA & National Capital Annual Water Symposium. Although this conference will be virtual, AWRA will uphold our long commitment to outstanding technical content and unparalleled opportunities for Community, Conversation, and Connection, the hallmark of AWRA events. Only full registration rates are available for this conference; one-day options are not offered. Full Registration Rates

National AWRA Member Rate = $75 (excludes Gateway)
National Capital Region Member Rate =$75
Presenter Rate = $75
Non-member/Gateway Member Rate: $120 now through April 9, 2021; $145 from April 10-16, 2021
Student National AWRA Member Rate = $30
Student National Capital Region Member Rate = $30
Student Non-member Rate =$50
NOTE: Students must email their student ID and verification of their full-time student status to [email protected] in order to receive the student rate.

NOTE: Full conference registration only; one-day registrations are not available for this conference. All registrants will be emailed participation details and links closer to the event date.

All conference participants (presenters, moderators, panelists, etc.) must register at the appropriate registration rate. AWRA Gateway members are not eligible for discounted conference rates. The registration fees are the major source of funding for the Conference, and the sharing of registrations is prohibited - every person attending the conference must register. For presenters, if two or more individuals will be presenting, each individual must register for the conference. This includes: all technical session presenters (If one individual is pre-recording the session and another individual will be live for the Q&A, then they both must register); all panel session presenters; and all poster session presenters.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. We will be glad to transfer a canceled registration to someone else by 02/01/2021. Those cancellations received by February 1, 2021 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2021 - No exceptions! Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
