Why Attend?

Students and young professionals will participate in sessions from negotiating your salary, mastering a multi-step interview, becoming an ally in the workplace, building your brand, and much more. The purpose of these workshops is to provide attendees with a platform to learn how to transition into their careers with confidence and courage, particularly in the time of a global pandemic. Pass this one to your network and give emerging leaders an opportunity to really thrive in 2021.

Our world has changed because of COVID-19. This also means the strategies that may have worked in the past for students, young and emerging professionals to leap ahead of their competition has also changed. How have you adapted to these changes? What specific characteristics are employers looking for in the hiring process during a pandemic? What are the tips, tricks, and tactics I need to still get ahead and thrive even during this national health crisis?

This workshop series will answer those questions and more. The series has something for everyone regardless of what stage you are in, from student to working professional. You can always tighten up your resume and cover letters, interview process, negotiating your salary, and networking.
